We
have two large, friendly dogs, who will not have access to the main part of the
house during your stay, but
who you can meet if you wish. We also have two cats.
All pets are excluded from the bedrooms.
Both
bedrooms are upstairs and in such an old property
there are steps in unusual places
throughout the house.

Deposits & Cancellations
Should
you need to cancel, please tell us straight away.
If for any reason you need
to cancel your booking, we ask you to let us know as soon as you can so that the
accommodation can be offered to others.
The cost of the first night booking is usually required as deposit. Deposits are normally non-returnable for cancellations made in the fortnight prior to your stay, but may be made if the room is successfully rebooked. You may wish to take out insurance against cancellation.
If for exceptional reasons beyond our control
(for example through
sudden illness or injury, or damage to the property)
we are unable to honour
a booking we undertake to let you know as soon as possible, so that you can make
alternative arrangements, but accept no additional liability. |

Health,
Safety & Security

Your health and safety during your stay are important to us, but you need to be
aware that in an old property doorways may be low, and steps may be in unusual
places.
In
the garden, steps and grassy surfaces may be slippery. We hope you enjoy the charms
of an old farmhouse, and rambling garden, but ask you to take special care
at all times.
The security of the property is also important to us,
but we cannot accept responsibility
for your possessions. |

Other
things you need to know
If
you are disabled, please contact us so that we can discuss whether we could meet
your needs.
Smoking
is not permitted in the house, but you will find ashtrays on the patio tables
if you wish to smoke outside. Parking
is in the driveway alongside the house. |
